This took me about 10 minutes. Well worth it I think. This whole deal works for new Safeway delivery accounts only however you can still get at least $9 cash back. Go through shop at home. Sign up if you are not a member yet. At shop at home search for safeway. You'll see a link that says get $9 cash back. Click on the green button on the right that says shop now. Now click on the online savings button and then the B1G1 offers. Add $50 worth of B1G1 offers only.
I used the promo code VALPAK15 to get $15 off my order.

*Then, since it's your first order they will provide you with a coupon code to enter (you will see it above where you are entering the codes) and it will give you FREE delivery!
*IMPORTANT NOTE- This is what is states about B1G1 - "Any applicable Buy One Get One Free discounts will be reflected on your final receipt at the time of delivery." So just make sure you are getting the correct B1G1 FREE items. :)
